Cinder - [Mac & PC] Cinder is a C++ library for programming with aesthetic intent - the sort of development often called creative coding. This includes domains like graphics, audio, video, and computational geometry. Cinder is cross-platform, with official support for OS X, Windows, iOS, and WinRT

Syphon - Intercommunication OSC - Sound intercommunication [Mac & PC] : Syphon is an open source Mac OS X technology that allows applications to share frames - full frame rate video or stills - with one another in realtime. Now you can leverage the expressive power of a plethora of tools to mix, mash, edit, sample, texture-map, synthesize, and present your imagery using the best tool for each part of the job. I use it to send Processing graphics to Max/MSP and VDMX or viceversa. It lets you share video graphics between software.
